The following poems were written by a very special  Lady  I have had the honor of knowing all of my life.
We can be thousands of miles apart, across town from each other or on opposites sides of the world. She always knows when heartaches come  in my life or when my happiest events occur. No matter where she is, when she  feels my sorrows or joys. She  comes to me or contacts me, with support, love & Godly wisdom.  She wishes to remain Anonymous. I will honor her request. Thank You dear one, for once again being here for me.

FOR TOM

The
stars may not have shown brighter the day he was  born,

The
grass may not have appeared  greener

The
sun not brighter

Time
did not stand still,

But
for those who loved him

It did.

Memories

Memories are simply

moments that

refuse

to be

ordinary.

I’M STILL MISSING YOU

On
the days that are

Summer
  sweet

And full of a
  thousand dreams,

I’m still missing
  you.

On the days when
  thunder

And rain come

Dashing against my
  hopes,

I’m still missing
  you.

On the days when I
  have

A quiet world of
  contentment,

I’m still missing
  you.

On all the days

Through all the
  seasons

Of my life,

You are my heart,

And I’m still
  missing you.

FOR
MOTHER

When
pain has scraped the  last

Edges of joy

From your soul

Does it help to know

My prayers for you

Are often

Wordless…..

And

Shaped

Like

Tears……..
